This is carried out by implementing and utilizing the newest proven systems that encourage an atmosphere for continuous improvement. This commitment to Total Quality flows from our Mission Statement to all aspects of our organization.

We have also joined the Hogan Quality Consortium to help further our Total Quality program. This is a group of companies that have made the commitment to use each other as a benchmark for achieving Total Quality. The 2 year journey will give each employee 15 hours of training for implementing quality concepts. After 10 years in operation and numerous Texas Quality Award and National Malcom Baldridge Award winners as members, the Consortium has proven its worth. Members are active in sharing their success stories and mistakes so all members gain from the experiences and continue to elevate toward Total Quality.

Automatic Products uses state-of-the-art equipment to aid in verifying dimensional integrity. This equipment is calibrated per a scheduled and documented calibration plan. We have implemented the Altegra SPC system throughout our manufacturing facility and the data is collected through our information systems network and reviewed by our Quality Department and other Team Members continually. The wealth of information has allowed us, along with our customers, to ensure process capability and production repeatability.
